Welcome to NHA in New York! I am the Talent Acquisition Consultant (TAC), a.k.a. recruiter, for our New York schools. My job is to attract candidates through college visits, career fairs, referrals and advertising and then educate them on the opportunities that are available within our schools. My goal is to find candidates that will be successful working within the NHA structure and culture, which in turn means success for every student that a teacher comes in contact with.
