We’re looking for educators willing to accept students where they are and who are able to take them to where they need to be. Absent are excuses or worries about the challenges ahead. You believe all students can and will learn given proper instruction, and you will find the way.

Teaching at an NHA urban school is not for everyone, but it is an amazing opportunity for educators willing to use their skills and creativity to foster an empowering learning environment for students. When this is done well, multiple years of learning can be achieved in a single year, and years of missed opportunity can be overcome in a single bound.
